Hi! I’m Frances, I’m a Play Therapist, Mum, Crafter and Animal Lover living in Townsville. I love working with children and their families, and supporting and understanding brain development through a neuro affirming lens. I see both private and NDIS clients to support them with their emotional, behavioural, social, and psychological challenges using Child-Centered Play Therapy. I have a post-grad certificate in Child-Centered Play Therapy from Play Therapy School (2023), and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from USQ (2012) with nearly two decades experience working with and supporting children and families in a range of different capacities. In August 2024 I completed Theraplay Level 1 and MIM training, and in the future I’d like to expand my practice to include a therapy dog.
